The Challenge

AW Trailers design and manufacture trailers for demanding agricultural and commercial environments, where build quality, durability, and efficiency are critical. As trailers await shot blasting, exposure to wind and driving rain was causing delays and risking moisture ingress, while fully enclosing the bays would have restricted airflow and visibility – both essential in a busy production environment.

The Solution

To address this, AW Trailers specified Galebreaker Maxidoor Pro doors in Grey M90 material. The doors were installed on selected production bays to provide effective weather protection without compromising airflow or visibility. M90 (or Higher Performance) material is a durable mesh fabric that allows light and airflow to pass through while significantly reducing wind and rain.

Maxidoor Pro is a robust door which is able to withstand high wind speeds and a busy working environment. The manual option is straight forward and quick to use.
