Part-time, temporary Finance Admin

The Finance Team are looking for an individual to work 4 hours per day (hours to suit) from 15th August for at least 6 weeks, and possibly longer.

Duties will include:

  • Collect and Distribute Post
  • Collect Paperwork
  • Printing & matching purchase invoice paperwork
  • Checking Supplier Statements
  • Support with purchase invoice processing
  • Franking post
  • Ordering stationery
  • Answering telephone
  • Filing
  • Shredding
  • Meeting refreshments/staff room supplies as required
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Other ad hoc office support
