Part-time, temporary Finance Admin
The Finance Team are looking for an individual to work 4 hours per day (hours to suit) from 15th August for at least 6 weeks, and possibly longer.
Duties will include:
- Collect and Distribute Post
- Collect Paperwork
- Printing & matching purchase invoice paperwork
- Checking Supplier Statements
- Support with purchase invoice processing
- Franking post
- Ordering stationery
- Answering telephone
- Meeting refreshments/staff room supplies as required
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Other ad hoc office support
