Installation Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Technician in our dynamic installation team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the installation of Galebreaker products both in Agricultural and Commercial sectors. Projects undertaken can range in complexity dependent on what and where the products are being installed.
Operational Responsibilities
- the installation of Galebreaker products on Agricultural & Commercial sites
- to ensure the installation is carried out correctly, safely and to the customers satisfaction.
- supervision and leadership of other members of Galebreaker installation team or customers own labour on site installations
- providing support & training for our network of dealers & distributors
- assisting with R&D projects as required, including testing, giving practical feedback to new developments
- ensuring company Vans are kept in an orderly and road worthy manner
- completing job related paperwork, including timesheets / site diary / reports / completion certificates as per company procedures
- following the company and customer’s health and safety procedures and practices are followed throughout the installation

Role Requirements:
- Prior experience of mechanical fitting of products
- Be able to effectively lead and direct third-party labour to ensure products are installed to the Galebreaker standard
- Good organisational skills, having a flexible approach to the work
- Strong communication skills
- Some basic Electrical/Electronic knowledge is essential
- Must be comfortable to work at height using Powered access equipment and static towers
- The possession of up-to-date IPAF, PASMA & CSCS cards would be an advantage, but courses will be provided when required.
- Travelling throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe is a prerequisite. Weeks away from home (Mon-Fri) will be required.
- A full UK Driving License is essential
