Mike Bryan
Area Sales Manager

Mike has a strong background in agricultural sales having spent the last 30 years working in the industry. Mike joined Galebreaker in 2007, and has been providing ventilation advice to farmers wanting to improve their livestock housing ever since. Mike has worked closely with several respected ventilation experts over the years, and will gladly talk to anyone about the benefits of fresh air! Mike lives in Scotland, so looks after our Scottish and North of England Accounts.

Matt Sellers
Area Sales Manager

Matt has over 10 years of ventilation and weather protection knowledge, having previously worked on a local farm in Herefordshire. Matt understands the importance of making farm buildings not only a better environment for livestock but also the people who work and operate them. Matt has received training from Vetvice and Synergy vets, so carries a vast knowledge of building improvements and the impact on animal welfare.

Mel Green
Market Support Manager

Mel leads the Market Support Team, a dynamic group responsible for customer service, marketing, and internal sales. Her ability to balance multiple responsibilities ensures the team runs smoothly and delivers consistently high-quality support across the business.
Passionate about both professional and personal development, Mel is always looking for opportunities to grow – both for herself and the people around her. She believes learning is a lifelong journey and is committed to helping colleagues develop their strengths just as much as she values progressing her own.
With a BSc in Psychology, an MBA in Leadership & Management, and a Diploma in People Management, Mel brings a strong, people-centred approach to her work. Her interests lie in how individuals, teams, and organisations function – and more importantly, how they can continually improve.
Mel is also an Associate Member of the CIPD, reinforcing her dedication to best practice in people management and organisational development.

Roberta Allan-Glide
Project Manager

Roberta brings an array of knowledge, having 10 years of experience in a combination of roles within administration, operations and customer service within the industry. Alongside this, Roberta has been involved with the equine industry for over 15 years, previously as a yard manager on a stud farm. Having grown up on a farm here on Herefordshire/Worcestershire border as well, Roberta has a detailed understanding of farmers’ needs and challenges they may face.

Rachel has been working in customer service roles for over 30 years, providing assistance and support for customers and colleagues alike. Starting in the motor industry and childcare & education industries before coming to Galebreaker in 2013. Rachel provides customer support to Distributors in Northern Europe and customers across the UK.

Renata Williamson
Market Support Administrator

Renata brings 15 years of customer service experience working for a global B2B manufacturing organisation in both Europe and Asia, fluent in French, Czech and English enabling multi-lingual sales support for some of the world’s most recognised industrial OEM brands. Renata knows that being able to talk in a local language makes a customer’s life easier. Living in Herefordshire and raising a family in the agricultural heart of the country, Renata loves the countryside and appreciates the valuable contribution farming makes to manufacturing and food production. Renata provides customer support to Distributors in Southern Europe.

Julius Kramer
Export Regional Manager (Northern Europe)

Julius Kramer joined Galebreaker in October 2020, as Regional Export Manager for Northern Europe. Julius has over 20 years experience selling natural Ventilation systems, speaks English, Dutch, and German and is based from his home in the Netherlands. Alongside his passion for the dairy industry, Julius enjoys Wind Sports, culture, books and music.

David joined Galebreaker in April 2023. David has over 25 years of managing business and building retail and distribution network. He has a background in food industry, Country Store, Farm supplies and commercial business. David speaks French and English, and he is based from his home in Norfolk, England.

Piotr Koźlicki
Export Regional Manager (Eastern Europe)

With an MBA from Wielkopolska Szkoła Biznesu przy Akademii Ekonomicznej in Poznań and an MS in Food Technology, Piotr has strong business development and agricultural knowledge both required to develop our market share in Poland. Piotr previously worked for companies such as Fullwood, SCR / Allflex, smaXtec and others, so understands the needs of our customers well. In addition to his native Polish, Piotr also speaks English, German and Russian.

Dan Osborne
After Sales Technical Support

New to Galebreaker, Daniel is a keen cyclist who grew up surrounded by animals in our neighbouring county of Shropshire, so he’s no stranger to the great outdoors.
He brings a wealth of customer service experience to the team, having previously headed up a technical support department for a cycling company. Whether he’s behind a phone and desk helping customers find the right resolution, or out on site with tools in hand in all weathers, Daniel is always happy to get stuck in.
Friendly, practical, and always ready to help, Daniel is a great addition to the Galebreaker team.

Scott Gearon
Ventilation Engineer

Scott has been working for Galebreaker since 2018 focussing on the design of ventilation products, specifically Variable Ventilation side curtains and PPTV. He studied engineering but has an interest in animal welfare and these two areas have aligned with the company’s direction of quantifying the benefit of our products to the animal. Scott is a qualified consultant of the Wisconsin Dairyland Initiative for PPTV and has taken the knowledge and experience from youngstock by applying the principles and technology to other animals.

Chloe Rodriguez
Animal Welfare Specialist

Chloe joined our team full-time in September 2024, as the Animal Welfare Specialist leading the Animal Welfare team. A first-class honours graduate in Bioveterinary Science from Harper Adams University, Chloe is passionate about advancing livestock health and welfare, with a focus on delivering long-term benefits for farmers. Her work centres on the vital role that housing and ventilation play in ensuring the welfare and production of animals.
